Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this HD-28 delivers deep piano-like bass, rich overtones, and clear, ringing highs. The forward-shifted scalloped X-bracing gives the guitar increased openness, headroom, and projection compared to a standard D-28, making it ideal for both powerful strumming and dynamic fingerstyle playing.
This 2025 Martin HD-28 Refreshed is in excellent condition, with no cracks, no repairs, and no issues of any kind. It plays effortlessly and sounds full, balanced, and mature right out of the case.
