Delivery Options

Shopping with Guitar-Heroes is simple and secure. We ship with PostNord, UPS, and DHL, providing tracking numbers so you can follow your order every step of the way. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.

Shipping cost

Sweden : €25 per guitar

Denmark : €60 per guitar

European region : €80 per guitar

Rest of the world: €200 per guitar

Shipping costs for accessories vary based on size and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Policy

1. Shipping Responsibility

We ship all guitars using the Incoterm DAP (Delivered at Place). This means we are responsible for arranging and paying for transportation of the goods to the delivery address provided at checkout.

2. Delivery Location

Orders will be delivered to the address specified by the customer. Please ensure that all delivery details are accurate and complete.

3. Risk Transfer

The risk of loss or damage to the guitar remains with us until the goods are delivered to the specified address. Once delivery has been completed, responsibility transfers to the customer.

4. Import Duties and Taxes

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for any applicable import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, or other local taxes. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
