Cancellation policy

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at our store email.

All cancellations are subject to a 2% fee of the total purchase amount. This fee covers payment processing and administrative costs.

Once your cancellation request is received, we will process it promptly and issue any applicable refund minus the 2% fee.

Please note that orders that have already been processed or shipped may not be eligible for cancellation.
