This Martin D-45 (1998) is in good condition, showing honest signs of use including small scratches throughout the guitar and weather checking in the neck lacquer, consistent with its age. The binding has been professionally repaired and is completely stable, with visible repair marks remaining from the work. Importantly, the guitar has no cracks and remains structurally sound.

The guitar has also been professionally set up and is ready to play, featuring a comfortable low action of approximately 2.3 mm on the low E string and 2.0 mm on the high E string at the 12th fret, providing excellent playability across the entire fingerboard.
