Martin D-35 Standard (Pre-owned) 2007 Fishman Infinity

C.F. Martin & Co. D-35 (2007) – Rosewood Dreadnought with Fishman Infinity Pickup – Good Condition

This 2007 Martin D-35 is one of Martin's most loved rosewood dreadnoughts. It is fitted with a Fishman Infinity pickup system for easy, natural-sounding amplification on stage.

The Martin D35 has a solid Sitka spruce top and Martin's signature three-piece East Indian rosewood back with solid rosewood sides. It produces a big, open and complex acoustic voice with powerful bass, rich mids and clear, shimmering trebles. The three-piece back gives the D-35 its distinctive airy resonance and wide tonal spread, slightly more open and "scooped" than a D-28.

The full-size dreadnought body gives strong projection and volume. That makes this guitar well suited to bluegrass, folk, country, singer-songwriter accompaniment and studio recording. The Martin D 35 responds just as well to hard flatpicking and strumming as to lighter fingerstyle playing.

The 25.4" long scale gives it firm string tension, punch and clarity. The comfortable Martin neck profile makes it easy to play across the fingerboard.

The installed Fishman Infinity system has discreet soundhole-mounted controls. That keeps the guitar's classic look intact while letting it go straight into a PA or acoustic amp.

Traditional D-35 appointments include:

• an ebony fingerboard and bridge
• a bound fingerboard
• dot inlays
• white body binding
• a tortoise-style pickguard
• a classic gloss finish

This used Martin D-35 is in good condition, showing signs of normal use consistent with its age. It is an excellent choice for anyone looking for a second-hand Martin rosewood dreadnought with a rich, open character, ready for both home and stage.
