This Martin D-28 Standard 2000 — also searched as D28 2000, Martin D 28 Standard, or Martin D-28 acoustic-electric — is a classic rosewood dreadnought known for its powerful projection, deep bass response, and unmistakable Martin tone.

Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this D-28 produces a rich, balanced sound with strong low end, clear mids, and articulate trebles. It responds beautifully to flatpicking and strumming while retaining enough clarity and detail for recording and singer-songwriter use.

The guitar is equipped with an LR Baggs Anthem pickup system, combining an undersaddle element with an internal microphone for a natural and detailed amplified sound. It is an excellent setup for live performance while preserving the character of the guitar’s acoustic voice.
