The 5/16” non-scalloped Sitka spruce X-bracing provides tight low-end control, excellent note separation, and focused projection — ideal for powerful strumming and articulate flatpicking.
Style 28 appointments include the multi-stripe back purfling, Style 28 rosette, white Boltaron binding, and black D-28 pattern pickguard. The genuine mahogany neck with Low Profile carve offers smooth, modern playability while maintaining classic Martin feel.
This Martin D28 Custom Shop 2017 is in excellent condition — the binding on the back was repaired and very stable, there are no dents, no scratches, no cracks. Exceptionally clean example. One of the best sounding guitars we have in stock!
