Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, the 000-28EC delivers a warm, rich and balanced voice with complex overtones, clear trebles and a controlled bass response. Its 24.9” short scale gives the guitar a comfortable playing feel with slightly lower string tension, making it especially well suited to fingerstyle, blues, light strumming and acoustic lead playing.

The model features scalloped X-bracing, a Modified V neck profile, and a 1 3/4” (44.5 mm) nut width, giving it the traditional feel associated with the Eric Clapton signature model. Classic appointments include an ebony fingerboard and bridge, herringbone top trim and vintage-inspired Style 28 detailing.

This example is fitted with an LR Baggs iBeam pickup, providing a natural and responsive amplified sound while keeping the installation discreet.

The guitar has had a very good setup and plays comfortably. It is in good condition, with small dents and scratches from normal use, but importantly there are no cracks and no structural issues.
