Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this 000-28 delivers a warm, balanced voice with rich overtones, clear trebles and a controlled, articulate bass response. Its compact body and 24.9” short scale provide a comfortable playing feel with slightly lower string tension, making it particularly well suited to fingerstyle, light strumming, recording and singer-songwriter use.

As a pre-Reimagined 000-28, this 2014 model features traditional 5/16” non-scalloped X-bracing, giving it the focused and balanced response characteristic of Martin 000-28 guitars from this period. The traditional 1 11/16” (42.9 mm) nut width and Low Profile neck offer a familiar and comfortable playing experience.

Classic Style 28 appointments include an ebony fingerboard and bridge, white binding, Style 28 dot fingerboard inlays and a gloss nitrocellulose finish.

This Martin 000-28 (2014) is in very good condition, showing only light signs of normal use. There is one small dent on the top, which is cosmetic and does not affect the structure, tone or playability of the guitar.
