This Martin 000-18 2022 with Adirondack spruce top is a premium variation of Martin’s classic mahogany 000, combining the comfortable short-scale 000 body with the additional power, clarity, and headroom of Adirondack spruce.

The combination of an Adirondack spruce top and solid mahogany back and sides produces a beautifully articulate voice with strong fundamentals, woody mids, clear trebles, and a tight, responsive bass. Adirondack spruce offers excellent dynamic range and headroom, allowing the guitar to respond beautifully to a light touch while also handling more aggressive flatpicking and strumming.

The 24.9” short scale gives the guitar a comfortable, relaxed feel with slightly lower string tension than a long-scale OM or dreadnought. The Modified Low Oval neck with High Performance Taper and 1 3/4” (44.5 mm) nut width provide excellent comfort for both fingerstyle and chord work.
