The guitar features a solid Sitka spruce top with solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, producing a rich, detailed voice with strong overtones, clear trebles and surprisingly full bass for its compact 0-size body.

One of the defining features of the 0-28VS is its 12-fret neck joint. With the bridge positioned farther into the lower bout, the guitar has a responsive and open character that works particularly well for fingerstyle playing. The 24.9” short scale also provides comfortable string tension and an easy playing feel.

This 2015 Martin 0-28VS is in good condition and shows normal signs of age and use, including some finish fading/sunburn and small scratches on the top.

The binding has been repaired professionally. 

Current string action is 2.2 mm on the bass side and 2.0 mm on the treble side at the 12th fret, with approximately 3 mm of saddle remaining. Around 80% of the frets remain.
