Martin OM-28V (2000) – Vintage Series, Reinforced Top Seam (No Crack)
This Martin OM-28V (2000) — also searched as OM28V, OM 28V, or Martin Orchestra Model 28 Vintage — is a beautifully balanced Vintage Series orchestra model known for its clarity, piano-like bass, and rich rosewood overtones. The long 25.4” scale combined with scalloped bracing gives this 2000 OM-28V excellent headroom, articulation, and dynamic response — perfect for fingerstyle and nuanced flatpicking.
Constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this OM delivers classic Martin depth with exceptional note separation. The modified V neck profile provides a comfortable vintage-inspired feel.
There was a tiny sign along the top center seam, but it was not an open crack. As a precaution, it has been professionally reinforced internally. The work is clean, structurally solid, and there are no visible finish marks or cosmetic issues. The rest of the guitar is in very good condition with only light normal signs of use. No cracks, no structural problems.
Plays smoothly with excellent action and strong projection.
Includes the original Martin hardshell case.
