Martin D-35s 73 vintage 12 fret guitar in great condition
From 1931, it was adopted for the models of D-18 and D-28 with 12 fret board, but from 1934, the model was changed to 14 frets to improve high-position playability.
This 14-fret dread note has become the standard guitar to date.
In 1954, a 12-fret dreadnote D-28 was produced by custom order, and it was named D-28S with S as the original standard model.
After that, from 1967, the D-18S and D-35S were added to become catalog models, and production was discontinued in the mid-1990s.
The body and thick neck creates unique powerful sound.
top material is spruce, the sides and back are rosewood, 3-piece back, ebony fingerboard, and ebony bridge.
The tuning machine has been changed to Waverly with smoot operation
The pick guard is the original and there are re-glue marks on the edge.
The guitar has been re-fretted, and fully setup for best playability
There are some small weather check on top. But no cracks on the guitar

It is set up with about 6 strings 2.3 mm and 1 string 1.4 mm on 12 frets.
It is easy to play, well-balanced and stable playability.
The response is good even with a light touch, and it is a rich and deep sound.
