Built with a solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood back and sides, this 2011 Martin D28 produces deep, piano-like bass, clear mids, and crisp highs with excellent projection. The non-scalloped X-bracing gives it a tight, controlled low end and strong note separation, making it ideal for strumming, flatpicking, and ensemble work.
This guitar is equipped with a Fishman pickup system, providing reliable amplified performance for live use while retaining the core acoustic character.
Condition is good overall. The guitar itself is structurally solid with normal signs of use. One latch on the original case is missing, but the rest of the case functions properly.
Includes original Martin hardshell case (one lock missing).
