This Martin 000-28EC 2005 (also known as the 00028EC or 000 28EC) is a beautifully aged example of the Eric Clapton Signature model, combining vintage style with Martin’s world-class craftsmanship. Built in the OM/000 body size, it offers exceptional balance, warmth, and clarity — ideal for both fingerstyle and light strumming.
Constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top and East Indian rosewood back and sides, this 000-28EC delivers rich overtones and articulate midrange response. The guitar features scalloped X-bracing for improved resonance and a wide dynamic range. The modified V-shaped mahogany neck with an ebony fingerboard provides the classic pre-war feel preferred by many players.
This 2005 model is in very good condition, showing only light playwear consistent with age — no cracks or repairs. It includes the original Martin hardshell case.
